All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address.
The delivery will be completed within 5 – 7 business days to your nominated address. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for any compensation.
Authority to Leave
Morrisons of Glenrowan will include delivery instructions on your package if you provide these at time of placing an order. If no delivery instructions or phone number are submitted your parcel will be left at your premises if unattended. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises. Morrisons of Glenrowan and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Morrisons of Glenrowan from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
If you do not wish to give Morrisons of Glenrowan Authority to Leave, you must notify us in writing at the time of placing your order and you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
Ordering goods
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase particular products for the price (including the delivery charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order.
You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered. Morrisons of Glenrowan may change the prices published on this website at any time. Prices of products placed in the basket but not paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, Morrisons of Glenrowan is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We only accept orders from within mainland Australia and Tasmania. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply as set out in these T&C’s.
Prices

Where permitted in all states, we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
Returns
You can request a refund within 7 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. Morrisons of Glenrowan will refund the purchase price of the goods provided they are in their original condition including all packaging and labels. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Morrisons of Glenrowan will only refund the purchase price of the goods upon receipt of delivery at Morrisons of Glenrowan.
Guarantee
Any complaints must be submitted within one week of the delivery of the goods ordered by you to Morrisons of Glenrowan. Morrisons of Glenrowan’s liability is limited to resupplying the ordered goods.
